I got out of bed this morning, my eyes barely open and I heard a voice in my head say "You are not alone". The room was a bit dark, actually I believe that sun was just about to rise outside and I knew I was alone in the room. I opened my bedroom door and saw a dark figure standing in front of me. My heart just about stopped in my chest. I cannot explain the brief but horrible shock I felt. Well, it turned out there was no need for alarm because it was  my boyfriend who had come home from work early. Many times when we hear about people using their psychic abilities it's to heal  or prevent an emergency situation. This situation for me of course was not an emergency, but it goes to show how we can benefit daily by simply being in tune with ourselves and our psychic abilities.
